She asked me what I would like and gave me an improved version of what I'd asked for. I left well pleased with the cut and will be back when next in Tauranga.

Had to get it fixed up at another salon because it looked terrible. The hairdresser was stressed the whole time, which made me feel stressed, she completely ignored my requests and then overcharged me. Never going back here.
