★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my machine from these people 3 years ago and initially service was very good. However, I have no idea what is happening with them now. They don't return emails or phone messages, often their voicemail box is so full you can't even leave a new message and a local coffee machine repairer said he can never reach them either to get parts! Next step for me is to contact the Head Office of La Pavoni in Italy and see if they are aware of the useless franchisee they have here in NZ.
