β β β β β I have bought two machines (top models) and more than a 100 bags of coffee from Matt over the last six or seven years. We have only experienced really good service and pricing.
Mat has a service team but is the only sales person - if the shop us busy he will get to you, it's worth the wait. Dont confuse honesty with rude, his frank advice will save you time and money in the long run. He will also find you your all time best flavour coffee.

β β β β β From earlier experience I can understand the negative reviews here, but my most recent experience was first rate. I had a repair done under warranty so at no cost to me. The staff member I dealt with was helpful and friendly - the repair done properly and within the time they advised.
This company seems to be going out of its way to repair a bruised reputation. Excellent customer service.

β β β β β bad customer service, I purchase a product from them , never came. I emailed them about it and the answer was still processing at courier, there been a few issues with this parcel, but they are not helpful. I have to call myself to NZ post and deal with it. wont buy again from them. Still 10 days I have nothing and we only 15 minutes apart driving, I get thing faster from aliexpress.

β β β β β Not sure about all the 'bad service' reviews here, but I've had nothing but a good experience. I bought a machine here 2 years ago and Matt was more than happy to discuss at length its benefits and show me how to use it correctly, even though far more expensive machines were on offer and within my budget.
I recently got my machine serviced, and Matt was once again very helpful, quick to respond to emails, and the machine was well serviced, cleaned and couriered back in well protected packaging within 3 days.
Once again I discussed upgrading to a more expensive machine, but he told me it wasn't necessary, as the machine I have is already great for pulling Espresso shots, so its great to see a business owner with some integrity!
I even got a complimentary bag of beans sent back with my machine after getting the service!

β β β β β I have purchased a number of seals and parts from EMC and the service has been excellent. Both the delivery and packaging has been fast and secure. I have purchased seals from another parts company and have found the seals from EMC to be superior. In particular the Europiccola sight glass seals from EMC are far superior in terms of their rigidity. Recently I purchased a replacement Europiccola base from EMC. Replacements now are perhaps solely the new anti-rotation base (with 3 pin holes), meaning that the 3 holes are exposed if replacing older models that are pre-anti-rotation boiler flange. The staff were very helpful over the phone and EMC even replaced the base with a spare they had. I appreciate the excellent customer service, over and above what I expected, and will certainly be purchasing all my parts from EMC in future. Cheers.
