Great service from the team at Espresso Ninja. Use them to service my home machine. Have just been in contact with them via email on a basic replacement part and cleaning. Replies very prompt and ability to easily purchase through their online store. Would definitely recommend!!

Great experience - we emailed asking about an Espresso machine, got a quick response, visited the showroom that morning, and walked out not long after with the machine. The staff member we dealt with (Zach) was great, he knew his stuff, didn't try to push us into buying more bits, and gave us awesome advice on what we were buying. We'll definitely be back for services and coffee bits and bobs when we need them, thanks team!

ESPRESSO NINJA!! If you work within the hospo industry and haven't heard of Espresso Ninja, Do you really work within hospo? Espresso ninja are the one stop shop for everything coffee. Everyone from the team I have meet have been super friendly, super easy to talk to and deal with and they always do such an amazing job. I work at Flight Coffee The Hangar and the boys from Espresso Ninja are regulars. They come and service all of our equipment and enjoy our world class coffee. They're always on time, effecient and super informative. They're always up for a good yarn about coffee and coffee tech. I've learn't heaps from watching them service and repair equipment and asked questions while watching them work. I recently had the chance to visit 'The Dojo', my current electric grinder broke so gave me a good reason to visit. This was a great experience as I got to see first hand how the operation runs and meet a few of the other members of the team. I also got to go behind the scenes and see them repairing some machines the workline, as a barista and coffee nerd this was incredible and very inspiring. They have a beautiful laid out retail section where you can go and look over various models of espresso machines, grinders and other toys. When I visited they had a linea mini set up, warmed up and ready to pump some espresso shots out, (well I think it was haha), once again as coffee nerd and someone that spends hours behind the machine everyday, seeing the linea mini was so cool. As mentioned above. My electric grinder for home broke, it was time to take it to the ninja's. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a big warm smile, made to feel at home in the Dojo and the service was top-level. They spoke me through everything clearly and made sure I understood the process they will take when looking at my grinder and clearly told me how long to expect to wait. I left feeling very confident that my grinder was in good hands and if it could be fixed it would and if it couldn't I would receive a phone call or email with instructions for my next move. Within a week I returned to collect my grinder which had been repaired and left once again with a huge smile on my face ready to continue making beautiful coffee at home. I could go on singing the ninja's praises but I think I will leave it there. Exceptional group of human beings, who are down to earth, love coffee, love a yarn and love being coffee nerds everyday tinkering with machines and coffee toys. Cheers boys, Thank you for repairing my grinder and I can't wait to visit the dojo again sometime soon. All the best, Sean.

I guess the only things that’s good about them is their coffee machines seeing as their driving is shocking. When travelling on the motorway, it’s probably not a good idea to be so close to the back of my car that I can’t even see your number plate.

I have only one regret in my dealings with Espresso Ninja - I didn't approach them SOONER! I don't often give reviews but I'd like to really explain why I'm giving 5 stars. The team at Espresso Ninja, particularly those I dealt with were just fantastic. Absolutely some of the best customer service I've seen (and I've worked in customer service for 8 years). I called late at night when I was out for a walk and didn't expect anyone to pick up. Martin (after hours service) picked up the phone. I said I just had a few questions about one of the machines but could email in the morning. He was happy to answer a few questions and this got me the info I needed on the model (Rocket Appartamento) I was looking at. Later the same night, I then emailed a long list of links asking for how beat to package it. At 10am Twyla replies answering all my questions. Brilliant! Shopping for espresso machines isn't super easy because there's so many things to make sure you have covered, so I had a few more queations. I called and Twyla answered, we had a good laugh over how many questions I had. I asked for a quote and got one the same day. Then I thought about it for a few days and asked for an invoice on Friday. I didn't think I could pay until Monday but sent through the payment that morning (was too excited). I didn't expect them to receive payment, customize my machine (I asked for some walnut parts from the website), pack and ship it all on the same day but... they did! Ninjas, eh!? Then it was sent on overnight delivery. This is icing on the cake, and perhaps I need to give a review to NZ Couriers: The fella who attempted to deliver it on Sat came back on Sun - because he thought it'd be worth a try in case I was home, and I was, and I've never been so happy to be surprised by a courier delivery. So, from the first call with Martin to the emails and call with Twyla the Espresso Ninja team beat my expectations at least 5 different times. I think you've made a life long customer! Great work team. Although hopefully I don't need to buy anything new until at least August 2024... Which is when I calculate I'll break even if I don't by any more cafΓ© coffees!

For a domestic coffee enthousiast like myself, there are plenty of online stores to order from. But none of them offer the high quality of advice and the personal touch like the Espresso Ninjas do. Thank you all for looking after me!
