I received notification as to when they were sent and when I could expect them to arrive They arrived 3 days later. I'm so impressed. Thank you for the friendly interaction, the beautifully gift wrapped items and the prompt delivery. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Jo

They came up from the South Island really quickly and beautifully packaged with a lovely hand written thank you note. I absolutely adore my mugs and market bag, so happy to have bought these items and have had lots of comments on my coffee mug that I take everywhere. I am slowly replacing all of my coffee cups with NZ handmade so will be back ? thank you

Lauren and Jo were amazing at getting it sent by overnight courier. Arrived the next morning, and loved the handwritten note. Great service - couldn't have been more helpful.
