★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful staff. Asked about some sun glasses the display ones were scratched and they didnt have stock of the ones i wanted asked if any other stores had the same pair. Got told that they have the same code as the others so id have to physically go to the next store to check if they were in stock. A quick phone call made by myself in store to the northlands store gave her the code and colour i wanted and the northland staff member popped them on hold for me straight away. Customer service isnt hard and my request wasnt hard either. Really unhappy with my experience at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went shopping this evening and the staff was very unhelpful and rude while asking for product recommendations. Staff wouldn't bother packing the product we bought saying this should be okay to carry like this and doesn't require packing. Very bad customers service.
