★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people and communication, after being referred by Go Cover Roadside Assist and had to be towed with starter motor malfunction. Had add on work done (by my request) with satisfactory outcome Quietly disappointed with lack of 'wipe down' in engine bay after work completed, and perhaps after an $1800 bill, Black Beauty could have been washed and the driver's seat should also have been put back into my position......
Picky I know, but customer satisfaction is everything........
Sorry if this offends, but it's just an observation from an old timer who worked for the Giltrap Group for many years.......

Richard was amazing! He went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my car. He communicated each step, and gave me multiple options and advice as I was working on a really strict budget. I had previously spent alot of money multiple times at a different mechanics who never found the problem, but Richard took his time and managed to sort the problem at a fraction of the price I had been previously charged. I 200% recommend this place.
