★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can i give zero stars? Absolutely no follow up. Called, left a message. Emailed, and requested to be phoned back, regarding a basic Quote. Its been 3 months and nothing except automatic replies. Disappointing, as our clients would like one of their pools specifically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool installed 2.5yrs ago, does not meet quality standards stated - steps have no non-slip surface (as they claim) resulting in numerous accidents. They attempted to fix it twice - both botched attempts. We have now got a pool that no way resembles their marketing material & is an eye sore. We have tried & tried to contact them via all means - no reply from them and still we have a faulty pool. Do NOT use this company. If anyone else has similar issue, keen to hear as we are taking legal action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After putting in a pool for us which initially went well, this company suddenly stopped all communications, refusing to answer repeated phone messages and emails. They never answer their phone. They still hold a $1400 pool cover deposit which we have not received. It has now been over 14 months and we are now trying to get our deposit back. Do not use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pools Plus has failed to install the pool we have paid a $6500 deposit for. Poor communication and a series of delays/excuses has now turned into non-existent communication. They have not responded to calls or emails for the past six weeks. Their business address is now vacant. Legal action is underway to have our deposit refunded. Do not engage with this business.
** UPDATE ** Pools Plus finally made contact and has refunded our deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most appalling communication and customer service I've ever encountered. Weeks and weeks with no responses to any form of attempted communication. In the end we had to wait outside their yard to catch them. When they finally did the job the workmanship was good but they missed things off the contract. Charged for consent fees but did not register with the Council. Do not use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have taken my money for a pool and have not provided the pool. They have refused to answer or reply to any communication and now I am taking legal action against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Barrier Reef Pools provide a quality product and are reliable so use another supplier from a neighbouring area in NZ.
