About Euroasia Language Academy - Auckland

Why use a professional translator? Here are some reasons:

Euroasia is a full service cross-cultural consultancy that specialises in advising clients on cultural matters. Our point of difference lies in our ability to ensure cultural meanings do not get “lost in translation”. We have multi-lingual professionals on-site who can immediately understand your requirements; although in many instances, we also work with native-speaker translators in foreign countries.

Often, clients approach translation agencies after the key decisions have been made. The point of differentiation for Euroasia is that we can advise clients at the pre-translation stage. For example, a translated brochure may not be the most effective way to reach a certain market, or a one-size-fits-all approach may not work for all markets. At times, translations may not even be necessary. Hence, it would be best to consult your Euroasia language specialist at the conceptualisation stage. Our advice could end up saving you a lot of money and grief.

Euroasia’s translation clients come from various sectors including businesses and government.

I have been learning Chinese at Euroasia for over 7 years. The teaching staff are always enthusiastic and encouraging, and have a great depth of knowledge of the language, history and culture that keeps me coming back year after year.

Euroasia has provided me with excellent lessons at my level after doing an initial ability test to identify which class I should attend (Due to previously attending a different language centre). Erika is my maestra de espanol (spanish teacher) and she is very enthusiastic, well prepared and I love how she speaks to us regularly in Spanish to immerse us in the language and encourages us to speak back. I will most likely continue my education at Euroasia until I gain the fluency in Spanish that I am aiming for! Thanks Erika!

In my Mandarin studies after work I've found my teacher Dora to be really helpful and friendly, and the materials practical and useful. Learning a language isn't exactly easy, but if you're keen then I'd definitely recommend Euroasia for classes after work.

I took a Korean stage 1 course with Bliss at Euroasia and I have to highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a thorough introduction to the Korean language. Bliss was very methodical and patient while teaching us the basics of pronunciation and grammar. Super easy to follow and fun classes as well!

I have taken 3 Spanish courses so far and will continue with Spanish 4, it has been the best experience for me. With Erika as my teacher, I've learnt and improved my Spanish while also enjoying the class all together. The classes are small enough for everyone to be engaged and participate, so no one gets left out.

I'm 26, I've been studying Mandarin stage 1 at this school, I'm planning to sign up for stage 2. The class size is small so you get lots of attention from the teacher. This seems to be the best place to study languages in Auckland. I would definitely recommend, especially for beginners like myself.

I have been going to Euroasia for about 4 years now and I love it. I have been studying Mandarin with Elaine and she is an excellent teacher: understanding, personable and funny. She teaches you where you are in your language but also extends you to the next level. I also like night classes as you meet some nice people and make good friends. I would definitely recommend! The textbooks are also really good-very structured and contain all the vocab you need to progress!
