★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly enough service on the face of it. But beware hidden charges, if you turn up four minutes past 5pm for a 5pm pickup, you are paying a $35+gst late fee. Despite the planes from Auckland scheduled daily at 5pm, this is not disclosed at the time of booking, or contract signing or payment. (payment total is obscured by the inclusion of a 'security deposit'. It's certainly a rort, and try ringing them to discuss, all you'll get is an overseas call center worker who refuses to transfer the call to the branch.

Had booked car through a third party and request the extra insurance.
Wayne advised checking the details of the policy, only to find I had a 5000 excess. Wayne sorted out the insurance for me.
