Awful and unreliable
I wanted to have a little sound in my car sorted and have a service done.
I was told that the scanning show nothing and that they found nothing wrong, nor the cause of the sound. I also heard a big complaint about how their their diagnosis systems can't keep up with Renault. (Not reassuring at all)
On the same day that I got my car back from service - 3 lights came on 'service', 'check your gearbox' and 'engine' and my car started shaking.
When i enquiry about this I was told that it was a 'pre-existing' condition. That they would 'try' to have it sorted 'if' i take it to the workshop.
I had to explain that my car didn't have any of those issues when I took the car and the shaking felt very unsafe to drive. only then i was offered to have my car pick up from my home to their workshop for a thorough scanning and try to have it sorted-at no extra cost.
A staff member came next morning and saw my car.
My car was never taken to the workshop(alleging they were 'short' of staff), and i was emailed an invoice for 'scanning'. When i email back asking if that was an admin mistake-i never got a reply.
There was more back and forth in this process but in a nutshell -this was an awful experience.
Legal System OR go to Renault dealers to have this sorted asap. I opted for the latter.
Hope this helps to warn other customers out there.

β β β β β These guys know their stuff. They are always knowledgeable about anything to do with my Audi and go the extra to pick my car up from my work or home and return it to where I want. Service is fast and compared to other European car servicing companies they offer good value.

β β β β β Beware - purchased a vehicle from a local car yard that had just been serviced by these guy no less that 450km according to the service sticker.
Purchased the car, took it to my local mechanic to be inspected the following day and paid for another oil change for peace of mind. This is were the issues started- incorrect oil filter ( no genuine ) fitted
Loose screws on under tray and also a large screw driver left in the engine compartment, my mechanic inspected further to find drive belt almost broken??these guys are cowboys and would never recommend them anyone!!

β β β β β Pretty rude on the phone when I was trying to book an appointment, lied about what was wrong, didnβt fix the problems I was having for the few years I was going here. Spent a lot of money to get my car fixed but same issues came back. Finally changed to another shop and they figured out what was wrong pretty quickly and sorted it out. Wouldnβt recommend this place at all. Have heard from many people that they have had bad experiences from here.

β β β β β Honestly such a good place to take your car and cheap.
I had a tone of things wrong with the bmw and got it all fix for such a good price.
Communication between the team were awesome thanks to Tony and the 2 boys that worked on the car you guys are legends.
Definitely will be coming back if I have any further problems or service needed to the car.
