Recommends the higher price tyres when the lesser value will do (as per a professional 2nd opinion) and never came through on a consumer guarantee dispute they said they would sort out. This started 12 Nov 2019 and there has been many phone calls and emails. They used to respond on their progress, now they don't even respond (as per my last email to Matt Lowther dated Fri, 20 Mar, 14:06 still not responded to). I don't put my personal details online for all and sundry. If you are looking at addressing the issue then you can respond to my email and not on here. You wanted more detail, here it is! Oh, and I don't want to forget that conversations held with other staff over the phone provided different information like, "no, definitely not here" followed by another phone conversation which went... "We'll have to have a proper look and get back to you."

After 45mins i came to get keys said need more 25 mins . “if you cant wait take the keys back “… are u kidding me after wasting my 45 mins . he is samiling and said you can takes keys if cant wait …. then what i am doing from last 45 mins here ? i have been recomended by my friend here . i will not recommend anyone unless you have an hour to wast from your life for nothing. not happy at all really bad customer service edit :- after the review added from while i was there they refused to do to the allingment (total time wasted 1hour 15mind for nothing ) just becouse EGO is not good for business . i hope they will fix it soon 2 negtive reviews back to back somting is not right here .
