I took an appointment for a hair cut but had to wait 40 minutes for my turn. The lady kept scratching my scalp with her nails while washing my hair and was very harsh. Then she put a conditioning treatment on my hair but did not rinse it off and started to cut my hair. She chopped off 8 inches of my hair even after telling her I wanted only 3 inches cut. She kept rubbing the comb on my knitted top while combing my hair and I came home to find a big rip at the back of my top as a result of this. Over all bad experience, won't be going back ever again.

g	gabrielle foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked nails, facial and lash extensions. First up was nails and she started by destroying my cuticles by very painfully filing them away. Which lead to cuts on most of my fingers but worst of a infection on my ring finger right before I my wedding day which was extremely painful and impacted my job. The facial was fine. The lashes however much longer than she advised it would be but the thing that rubbed me the wrong way was she put lashes on me that I hadn't agreed to and only let me know about them after the full application of them and then told me I had to pay extra for them despite the fact I had no knowledge or agreement for the extra price before the application but it was too late to protest as they were already on my lashes, it felt predatory.
J	Jasmine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst massage i have ever had! I was obviously massaged by a trainee and the manager sat in the room and watched. I doubt this person has ever massaged before being hired there. I had to stop the massage twice because it was so bad and ended up leaving early. There was no way i could sit through it for another 30 minutes. I was very disappointed because i had gotten the voucher for my birthday. When i went to the counter to ask for a refund the manager was so rude and aggressive. She refused to give me a refund and kept saying that i was "uncomfortable" with the massage rather than the service being poor. My partner then tried to contact them a few days later to arrange the refund and the manager said she never had a booking for that time/day. Just trying to pretend that i never even went just to get out of giving me a refund for poor service!!!On top of it all!! When i first arrived in the massage room it smelt so bad of BO. WORST MASSAGE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The lady was very friendly and knew how to give the best massage and body scrub! However, the place wasn't that clean and the massage room was old and so were the towels. The decor was dull and really could do with some refurbishment. Instead of a 45minute deluxe facial, I only got a 20minute one, but not too bothered about that because the full body relaxation massage and the full body scrub were sensational! I'm not sure I'll be back because the cleanliness and decor makes all the difference for me. 3.5 stars ?

I have had my nails and eyelashes done and appreciate the time Marie takes. I always feel great when I leave! I have also had a massage which was excellent. I have another one booked! The services offered are professional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beauty advice and product range has helped me too. Thanks Marie :)

I only had my lashes done for only 4 days and they were removed today with a full refund. The lady did not sterile the tweezers after she was finished with her client which was my sister which was a RED FLAG. My eye site has become so blury since i left today just all in all painfull if it does esculate will be going to hospital and seeking legal advise because i wouldnt wish this pain upon anyone else.
B	Bendy Veggie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful pedicure! Marie is always so thorough and my feet are super smooth. I have had two pedicures done by Marie and both were exceptional. Definitely recommend.
