★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good little subway in the heart of petone. The guy serving me had a fantastic attitude and was really nice. Food was alright same as most other subways I'm not expecting amazing food for $6.
Service was quick,
Food was as expected,
Place was clean, but was could use a bit of a touch up here and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you order online they reduce the amount if fillings. Our softdrinks exploded all over the sofa when we opened them. This happened with both of them. Tried to call but no one picks up.

Unfriendly, to the point of unpleasant staff.. Checking Vax passes for takeaways,, are u kidding me??
More expensive than other stores and generally a bad experience, that I won't be repeating.
Store also seemed generally untidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The staff member didnt allow us to have our food because she is going on a break and she wants to take the table. For some reason they blocked the other table and the last table was taken by some contractors who was doing some stock take. We were asked to leave the shop once we paid for our food. Such a bad customer service. Who does that? I think the customer is important in a shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on Wednesday 8th December at 9pm and the guy at the counter had already closed the till and didnt acknowledge the fact that the door (and online search) says that Subway is open till 9:30 Pm on Wednesdays; until i highlighted it to him. Had to go away from the door....
