Not only has the course changed my mindset towards leadership but it has also broadened my perspective and brought about a paradigm shift in terms of my current capabilities and the various areas I need to improve on. The course is structured and presented in a highly professional, efficient and interactive manner. Jean, our facilitator, has taught us valuable lessons (or golden nuggets as I call them) which are practical, effective and easy to adopt. One of the most important things that makes this course a success is the first-hand learning you get from your fellow colleagues in the course that come from a myriad of businesses, backgrounds and experiences; these lessons are the best.
