Leo的故事，就是易威信的故事。2001年Leo来到新西兰就读高中，以全国前五十名成绩进入梅西大学，并成为第一个担任梅西大学学生会主席的华人学生。但留学并非一帆风顺，2004年由于精神压力过重，导致疾病缠身，后回国治疗。因为没有能参加学校的final考试，导致课程全部挂科，梅西大学将其退学, 也导致签证过期并被拒签。
很庆幸Leo遇到了Beth女士，她状告梅西，最终梅西承认对留学生的缺乏照顾，Leo成了被开除的35个学生中唯一返校的学生。
毕业后，Leo加入Beth女士的留学生服务公司，并于2009年改名为易威信，专注于留学生的各类疑问问题解决。Leo也连续担任了四任教育领事的首席留学生问题顾问。
Leo说，‘因为我知道，留学生脆弱时候需要什么，我希望能竭尽全力，去帮助更多曾经的自己。’ 通过多年的经营，目前易威信已是新西兰最大的疑难问题处理中心。获得各界的支持与信赖。
