★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at evo have been super helpful with my trek top fuel, I brought this bike but unfortunately had a paint frame issue- I went back to evo and the guys sorted a warranty frame for me. I had another issue with the fork lockout, took it back in and they fixed it that afternoon. Cheers guys

Bought some elbow pads and tubeless sealant. Will probably move my bike maintenance to them now my local shop has stopped stocking Kona.

Brought my bike down for service, took about 2 weeks to get my bike back, since then I had to go 3 times back( got double charged on some items, missing part, rear shock went flat overnight, wrong part installed) Haven't got a single sorry back, tried to contact Evo Cycles customer service, phone calls, emails.. nothing. After finally speaking to someone all they had to say was ohhh its sounds weird Queenstown shop is one of our best in the Country..
Since then two of my close friend ordered bikes from Evo... both had to go back, bikes were assembled incorrectly....

He was not just 'out to make a sale' gave me a full run down of my options before purchasing an electric bike (freshy - I knew nothing).. gave me a print out and told me to feel free to go out and compare to other stores as Evo did not have in stock.. I was actually more than happy to give my sale to Evo and wait as the customer service I experienced was like no other in Queenstown. The money required to buy one of these is not small and I felt very comfortable doing so with the knowledge of electric bikes that was shared with me so thanks very much Evo! (guy with injured arm) :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in clueless to get a pair of bikes. Within three minutes the salesperson had identified a suitable pair. In five more minutes we'd ordered them and were walking out of the store. They then took two weeks to arrive, but that's national shipping for you at the moment. The bikes are magic - they fit our needs perfectly.
