★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some shoes usually wearing a size 13 so I ordered them after talking to the sales person and explained my situation. After ordering a size 14 the shoes arrived hiking boots should fit snug, they are like a size 12 they were definitely not 14 size. I send them back with out any satisfaction from the supplier he sent the shoes back and even kept my proof of purchase. He also claimed he got other people to wear my boots and the could not find anything wrong. So I got a old pair of boots back worn by different people don't know what foot disease they might have.
Although the Victor boots really looks good watch your size because this supplier does not want resolve problems.
Ok on you reply I am more than happy to come to arrangement.
I actually had the last email from you on the 31st of August then I was in Denmark for 2 week and enquire about the shoes on the 14th when I got back. Only then I heard back from you stating we have send the boots back and that you haven't heard from me for 14 day and was willing to exchange I replied to the email twise and stil havent received a reply. Until I wrote a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boots split unfortunately. Under warranty. Contacted the company and spoke to Mason Farrant who was extremely helpful with replacing the boots. So happy with the excellent customer service.
I will continue to use their products in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pair of Hunters Element boots which split and started to fall apart after 4 days hunting. Unfortunately they were out of warranty due to an extended period of time of not being able to get out for a walk.
Appreciate the fact the warranty period had ended but dissapointed with the short lifespan of use. Contacted Evolve Outdoors but received a mediocre response.
