β β β β β Customer service is not great and they always add a charge onto your order...they blame the exchange rate but if they ran a proper business they should be able to be honest and upfront with their pricing especially on stocked product.

β β β β β Have been doing business here 4 nearly 3 years now and always have had excellent customer service from Milan and then team. Products are fantastic, quick shipping and always happy to answer any of my questions or help I may need with my items...

β β β β β went to their listed street address during their listed opening hours available on their website in the hopes of purchasing some heat transfer vinyl in person, only to be met by two men who were immediately dismissive, aggressive and seemed to want us gone as soon as possible. Gave no indication of why we weren't welcome to converse or enquire about their products other than it wasn't 'procedure'. Any explanation would have been great. Plenty of chances for a normal conversation, but instead the worst customer service I have ever received.

β β β β β Do not engage, at all. The owner runs the place like a dictatorship - he hates his customers and hates his neighbours. Runs this commercial operation in a residential neighbourhood and parks work vehicles in residential parking spots - is aggressive and untoward if you do not agree with his actions. Do not expect any customer service or anything positive from this business.

β β β β β These guys are complete rude a-holes and need some lessons in customer service. Never been there before, were recommended to go and check it out as we wanted to purchase some heat transfer vinyl. We were immediately told that we needed an appointment to be there and so were basically told to f#*% off and couldn't get us out of there fast enough. They list their business and give a street address so automatically we thought we could go in and hopefully make a connection for future business. Not to be! We will stay with the suppliers we know and never subject ourselves to this kind of "customer service" again. I will also be warning everyone else not to go there! Only put 1 star because there wasn't a 0 star option.

β β β β β By the looks of it, you should shut your business down. If you have poor customer service (which is usually the 1st thing a customer looks at), then you shouldn't have a business at all. Y'all should learn customer service experience, then yall might go far. Thank you to everyone for your reviews, so I know as a future reference not to go there
