And yes he imports his products from china and rebrands himself, Products are of a low standard.I Cant believe he is still in business! And duh this is obviously NOT my real name, Its not about having balls Dean Its about pointing you out to other customers so they dont get burned like we did. your full of excuses. I am not going to put my real name in fear that you have my details of where I and my family live. You are a arrogant rude man and at your senior age should know better enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN!
Rude, obnoxious, arrogant. Left me waiting for months for my system and when it arrived it didn't work properly and other parts stopped working a few months later. His product is substandard and he NEVER responds to text or emails and if you are 'lucky' enough to get him on the phone he is aggresdive and will happily slam the phone down on you! Great way to do business Dean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs - I purchased an alarm system ($1020) and was promised the system would be delivered within 1 week. About a week later part of the alarm did turn up (1 component was broken), but not a functional alarm system. That was over 5 months ago and I have not received the remaining components of the alarm. The parts that I do have are of low quality and useless on their own. The owner (Dean Larsen) has provided me with no end of excuses and basically no alarm system. He does not answer calls/email/texts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really surprised to see these negative reviews. I was so pleased to find this place about 8 years ago. We found the owner to give great advice and great prices and have been very happy with our security system. Now it's time for a new one, I hope to be heading out to him again.
