I outlined than an out of town repairer had said that they could re-thread the pull and I was trying to find a local repair person who could do this. Darren's response "well ring them then! I'm too busy".... not the response I was expecting. I was just trying to establish why someone told me it could be re-threaded and Darren said that it couldn't...

If you really want a reason .. builders have always bad payers and want everything for nothing and this is well known in the industry )
This was very immature chat from a Buisness I googled and have never met the owner definitely wouldn’t go near him
