From the measure and quote to the follow up call after the job had been completed, Chloe had been great throughout the whole process. They are also very competitive price wise and were thousands cheaper than their competitors.
We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awesome experience, my wife and I visited the Papamoa branch just to check out types of carpet and vinyl for our home just like we did with other suppliers. We met Sharon Vowles as soon as we walked in and at once we were put at ease, Sharon wasted no time in visiting us gave us valuable advice and basically looked after us right through the project (obviously we selected her and Flooring Xtra Papamoa way above all other suppliers) the vinyl and carpet layers were also great very nice people but our selection was made very easy due solely to the way Sharon treated us and looked after us, again awesome is all we can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was most disappointed at having to pay a minimum charge of $340 to have a contract carpet layer re stretch our bedroom carpet and join three door ways. It took him 1 1/2hrs. He made a nice job and most apologetic. We were a past customer, having bought our carpet and vinyl, for our house.
I would not recommend asking them for a carpet layer or doing busines with them again.
