They are patient answering questions and explaining how things go. Jaimie was also amazing to deal with. On the day, these guys turn up on time. They look after the items as if they were their own. They bring blankets, boxes and tools. They pick up and deliver the stuff where you want them placed or arranged. They know what they are doing and they are also very respectful. I tried to pass along as much information about my booking to these movers for a vehicle needing transport from Auckland to Christchurch.
But my information was not taken into account or passed onto the transporter.
It took two weeks of calling and messaging to try arrange the pick up but to no avail.
Now my vehicle is at the point of being left out on the street as the holder is almost out of patients with me.
The man on the phones at express movers is unreliable at passing on information and organising a schedule around specific times.
Wasted two weeks of my and my vehicle holders time!
