About Auckland Express Movers
Honestly the most lovely guys helped us move our piano. It was our first experience ever moving a piano and we couldn't have done it without them. These guys are absolutely super heros and I wish I knew their names! They lifted our upright piano up 3 flights of stairs! Great communication and absolutely worth the money. Such lovely guys. I absolutely recommend this company. They booked it the same day that we called and were fantastic, quick and efficient and good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked them they mislead me by saying will be there in half an hour and keept on moving my time and I ended up wasting my whole day. Then booked them again said will arrive late then arrived early and started charging me and left the job at 90% through and didn't even finish there hours unless I pay more. Worse movers very unprofessional and dishonest. I will take my case further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were amazing, ive always moved on my own but decided contact professionals for this move and i will never move on my own again, he had great communication and was very efficent, i couldnt belive how fast they moved a 2bedroom house, they pack, stacked and delivered so quickly that i coulndnt recommend them, thanks again guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of the moving guys were polite and tried, one guy was a Pratt messing around and dropped stuff on the back of the truck in front of me, even caught him sat in my two year old grandson ride in electric car - between them they managed to damage a number of things including new units destined for our new home, looks like they just dropped stuff on their corners because they are too heavy rather than put them down carefully, they ripped and dirtied mattresses by pushing them along the truck floor. They crammed stuff in the truck and protection blankets was adhoc at best - when I contacted them after the move and asked about insurance cover for damages they asked for evidence, which I provided. They then didn’t respond to any of my follow ups. It cost over $1500 for 8 hours, we moved locally (from St Heliers to Pakuranga). Granted the move was last minutes, but still! Seriously consider if you are okay with damaged furniture before you book these guys.
