were okay. I was happy with the level of communication and the lady was friendly on the phone. I had been prepared for it to take a while, but the flowers were delivered within 24 hours of ordering and they were arranged beautifully, even nicer than the picture online. Thank you! I will definitely be getting my flowers here in the future.
