What we appreciated the most was the fact that Greg did not mind how many questions we had he was always happy to answer them no matter how stupid the question may have been. We are able to call New Zealand home thanks to Greg and the My Mortgage team getting us a great mortgage. We highly recommend them any day.

They were really responsive and made the process of buying a house extremely easy, especially in our case as First Home Buyers, although I would recommend them to any buyers. We were specifically working with Amber as our mortgage advisor, she is very knowledgeable about the process as well as easy to talk too, and if she was away we had an equally capable member of the team to take over.
We did everything remotely as we were not in the same island as our mortgage advisor but that made zero difference to the process.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and couldn't express our gratitude enough.

We have secured our very first home after 12 weeks and are ready to move in. The team has been with us in every step of the way, guiding, suggesting, answering emails and questions and referring us to people we will need. The team, Claire, Adam and Madi has been a pleasure to work with and they go beyond what they can, in trying to get for us the best deal possible. They have videos that are very helpful and educational and their advises are very personalized and customized to our needs. Greg and the team were honest, clear and always available when we had questions. Greg and Flo both were incredible people to deal with through what would have been an incredibly daunting experience. I seriously can’t recommend them enough, I don’t think we would have our first house/build underway without them.
