★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted with this organization. Didn't get my pay for 1 month when it is supposed to come in weekly. Even then it wasn't the full amount. Extremely rude service by the team every time I would try to sort it. It's just so disgusting how a company can treat it's workers so poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrastaff had my contact details as I was down as emergency contact for my partner. They rang me early morning trying to track him down knowing full well he had quit that day. They discussed his rate, backpay, holiday pay with me. That seems totally unprofessional as I am listed as an "emergency contact", not someone who has authority to this information. (They were trying to avoid putting anything in writing is what it seems like).
If the one role that extrastaff has is to pay people correctly, provide wage slips and keep staff in the roles, they fail completely.
If you get a role with these guys ensure you have agreed rates in writing and keep all correspondence written as they will back track on their word and deny agreed rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency didn't want to pay the public holiday for three workers. After many e-mails, or illegals reasons were invoked, I resigned and explained that the next step would be judicial. I then finally received the payment but this attempt to steal is not ethical of an agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this agency. Go to enterprise, ryan or hays if you want to be treated in a fair way. They deducted nearly 50$ from my wage for wet weather gear which I needed just for two days and brought back after use. It was really mean in this case, because when I picked it up at the Office, they said I just borrow it and won't have to pay for it, afterwards they denied having said this, didnt answer my Calls or called back, mailed the payslip just after request and came up with a lot of excuses. I'm scared of not getting my money back even though they said they would do sth about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the same day I signed up I was offered a really cool temp job but unfortunately it wouldn't work for me. Compared to other agencies I have signed up with this was amazing. I don't know why there are other negative reviews I found no problem, and the staff are professional and friendly. I am a New Zealand local and from my perspective this is a good agency.
