Came in last Tuesday night with some of my mates and had a great ol time, the boys working were great to have a conversation to and had a laugh, karts ran well. Definitely recommend coming in. Will be back again next Tuesday Night. Cheers Guys

Staff were great. There is a lack of maintenance, however. All the karts have different speed, which make the race unpleasant for at least half of the drivers. The clock wasn’t working, so we were just driving around.

First time driving go karts. Enjoyed trying to adjust to driving. Liked the ramp especially. One negative is the size of go karts. Bit too small and uncomfortable driving. Needs upgrading. Could feel heat at back of driver's seat. Understand that it is petrol driven but could improve.

Great service and staff were awesome. We had a group of 10 and were well looked after. Highly recommend it.

Fast and fun. Staff were professional and helpful. One star off for not having a digital display and printouts showing your lap times, and not having best lap times to aim for.

Much worse than last year visit. We are group of 10 and before booking we know the price is $57/20min. The man on phone told us we can do 2 10min race and 2 min break in between with that price. But when we came, they said if we do like this then need to charge us 2 10min session, that is $70 instead of $57 pp. OK, maybe this is miscommunication, we do $57 20min session then. Staff are nice in explaining the rules. But the problem was after race start. One of the kart was hardly start the engine, tried over 10times to start. Even started, after running a while it stopped. They found that this was out of fuel! Yes, no one check the fuel when they prepared the kart. And the other one, the brake got problem and cannot brake effectively so it kept crashing! The player requested to change another one, at first the staff said ok but the other staff said they shouldn’t have problem and reject to change. During the 20min race that kart keep crashing and yellow light on for most of the time. We can’t even complete a whole single lap with green light on. We paid total $570 to slowly drive the kart under yellow light in 90% of time. Some other problem was, I saw nuts and screw on the track and told the staff, they don’t care and didn’t remove all. You cannot register your name on the timing score board, even the kart number didn’t match the one on the score board. So even they promote this but actually you cannot really know your time. And the start time is not start counting kart by kart. After the first kart started you still need to wait a few minute for the staff to get prepare for you if you are the last one to start. So the one in front of the starting line must win according to their score board.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend. ? I went with a group of friends after making a booking and the experience was pretty bad. We turned 15 minutes early and when it eas time to start we had to wait for 30min for the staff to fix a couple of karts as they didn't have enough in working condition. We booked 3 races of 20 laps but we were told we had to do 2 races of 30 laps as most likely the karts were not going to last. My kart started malfunctioning in the first race and, in the second one, the motor stopped several times and the kart didn't accelerate. In between races I also told staff there was a hole in the seat near the motor and my skin was getting burned but the guy there ignored me in a rude manner. I had to finish early as I couldn't stand the smoke burns. The worst part was probably the safety concerns, as some staff members walked in the middle of the track with the lights in green and, at times, when a kart was stucked in a curve the lights stayed also green. Definitely not a good experience and great safety concerns. ? Be careful!!!
