Curtains are lovely and very well made. The only disappointing thing was that I was not told that I was too late to have them made before Christmas until after I had paid the deposit and having to chase for the answer. Had I been prewarned then this would have been 5 stars.

This is the second time we've used Brent & Venluree and once again a great experience! Brent is knowledgeable, professional, and clear about timeframes, costs etc. Would not hesitate to recommend - our house looks wonderful and is much warmer with our honeycomb blinds.

Firstly I want to say my wife and I really like our blinds we are just very disappointed in the communication or lack there of from our supplier. Part of me doesn't want to write this negative review because our supplier was a really nice guy. We ordered our blinds on the 23rd of September 2021. And that was the last communication we had from our provider. I called 3 weeks later to get any updates from him. No response. Since our payment of the invoice back on the 28/09/21 we had not had any confirmation email or response from him. I called the following day and he said he was at a job and would call me later.. no response.. I repeated and called him 3 days later no response. I called a week later to check as he said it should take 4 weeks to get the order ready. He came the following week to install the roller blinds but said the factory housing the shutter blinds was refusing access during level 3. He also mentioned that he wasn't able to send emails to my email for some strange reason but he had no problem sending them before. I said for him to please keep me updated and contact me through me cellphone even a text update is fine. He said he would do that. On the 22/11/21 my wife contacted him as we haven't heard anything from him regarding the rest of our blinds or any updates. He said he has them and they are ready to be installed now. Finally installed the rest of the blinds on the 23/11/21. My wife and I are both left wondering if we didn't contact our provider when would he have communicated or contacted us with updates? Would we be still waiting for them. Very disappointed at our service with Andrew and Venluree.

Brent & Deborah were really excellent, Brent has high standards & always does his best, I am very impressed with the quality of the product as well. They were lovely to deal with & always kept me in the loop if there were any issues.

From start to finish our experience with Venluree was great. Prompt service and the blinds arrived in three weeks. I have an order in with another blind company and am still waiting after 3 months. Thank you team!
