★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Don't waste your money, pay a bit more and go with a better service. They charged us 600 nzd for a little scratch below the left bumper, something we are sure we did not cause. The toddler car seat was not ready even if we had booked it ahead of time. This happened in the Tauranga office.
