★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy we have used this company for many years and my Mother booked a ticket from tauranga to Great barrier island the plane fair was $230 and they charged her $100 more for having extra luggage total of $330 our friends are sending 2 types over and only getting charged $20 each a tyre and iv sent a ID from whitianga to Great barrier island and that costed me $20 we will no longer be using this service we will fly with Air New Zealand then fly my sky or barrier air or even drive to Auckland then catch the plane and it will still be cheaper
