★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up with my partner about 6 weeks ago and really impressed with the place. The classes are fun but hard work and the exercises are so varied that they work out your whole body. Good for all levels of fitness. No two classes are ever the same which keeps things interesting. The Staff at Basin Reserve are amazing, They're friendly and they make a real effort to look after everyone. They'll push you harder when they think you can but help you ease up if you're trying to do too much. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scared walking in to the unknown after months and months of no exercise and feeling incredibly unfit. However from the moment I walked in the door for the first time I was welcomed by the friendliest of trainers and all worries went away. The best trainers who support and push you to do your best and cheer you on every step of the way! Couldn't recommend enough! It's hard work but so much fun at the same time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended a Romans class yesterday at F45 Basin Reserve and absolutely loved it! Awesome trainers, awesome big facility, awesome session. Highly recommend for anyone whether you are completely new to fitness or a seasoned athlete. The team will make you feel right at home immediately. Will be back for another session next time we are in Wellington

Would 100 percent recommend F45 to anybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and supportive trainers. They somehow make it around the room multiple times giving you encouragement and helping you correct your technique of the exercise you're doing if needed. I would recommend anyone who is keen on loosing some weight or improve their fitness to sign up. Don't shy away because of the cost, it is well worth it!
