★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently finished the 8 week F45 Challenge - to say I was nervous is an understatement, right from the very first communication with the gym I've felt welcomed and included, and that has simply continued. The instructors make sure that they help you continue working out if you're suffering with an injury (as I have been). Love the music, love the vibe, love the members - I have found my happy place (and I never thought I'd say that about fitness facility)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is amazing, the workouts, the coaches and the people. Absolutely everything! The coaches are great at catering to any injuries or niggles and are very encouraging and motivating. This is a gym that caters for everyone which I love. Love the east tamaki F45 crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend F45 East Tamaki as a great place to train. The owners and coaches are incredibly motivating and always supportive, and the classes are brilliant. They offer a great mix of weights and cardio, catering for all fitness levels. Team morale and support from other members while you’re training is also amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the vibe here at F45 East Tamaki. Would highly recommend this studio to everyone of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Such a fun and energetic team of dedicated trainers and members who show up and turn up ? I’ve been to a few F45 Studios in Auckland and Australia and I must say, there ain’t no other like Beast Tamaki! Not only are their trainers super supportive, but they genuinely care and invest in their members constantly pushing us to reach our max potential (and more) in each and every session. The studio itself is always clean. It’s huge - spacious and comfortable - not squashed like a lot of other F45 studios so there’s always plenty of space when training, even when it is a packed class. The best training facility that I’ve experienced to date!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45min group classes suitable for any fitness level. Large studio with lots of room to exercise. The coaches are very welcoming and motivating, guiding you through the class.
It is more expensive than your standard gym membership, but cheaper than a PT session and worth it if you go more than once a week
Been a member for 2 months, and i really enjoy it.
