β β β β β Been member of F45 for more then two years! Guess it says a lot if I am still there! I love environment in this gym, coaches and members! Mosty doing 5 classes a week and I have never been bored! Classes are changing and coaches are always more then happy to give an extra task if it somehow look to easy for me! Being a member of f45 has given me more sturctured workouts and meal plans!

β β β β β Iβve been going to F45 Ferrymead for the last 5 months and it has been a game changer. Trainers are supportive and encouraging. The workouts are fun and exciting everyday. And the all round gym atmosphere is welcoming and non judgemental. Would recommend.

β β β β β Amazing! Have been going to Ferrymead F45 for a month now and really loving it - Smashing it out for the challenge. 5:30am 5 days a week. The people and the trainers are awesome. Very excited to see what the year has in store for me fitness wise. Give it a go, it'll be worth it trust me!

β β β β β F45 Ferrymead is a awesome and supportive studio that I have loved being about of for the last 4 months. It has also helped me feel better physically and mentally. Everyday is different as they offer a variety of workouts which I really enjoy! Would definitely recommend giving it a go!

I have been going to F45 for about a year now, I like the team feeling and the trainers are great. They are motivating, supportive and helping me reach my goals.
