★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to gyms before and this is actually the only one I've ever felt comfortable in. Staff are top notch, gym manager is THE ABSOLUTE BEST and the facilities are great! Moving to Snap Ferrymead was a really good decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place, always clean and tidy. Won't find better staff. I suffered from depression badly after a 6 year relationship ended. When I felt alone, the staff talked me and raised my mood ? they helped me through the 6 week challenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept charging my account after I explained I was on ACC and then they never bothered to follow up but very happy to continue taking my money even though I couldn't use their facilities. And I'm unemployed due to Covid-19 so hooray for the team of 5 million helping one another out during a pandemic. ???
Thanks for the reply but I explained ALL of the above in my recent emails and you still insisted I had to come in to sign a form to finish my contract. You couldn't even bother to make it convenient and email me the form... but you don't really care so thanks for the hollow reply.

Been to a few of the Snap gyms and this is by far my favourite. I live pretty much smack dab between 2 of the gyms and will always pick this one.
I've only interacted with the staff a few times, but they've been fabulous and very helpful each time.
They've taken great steps during Covid and even outside of pandemic times, the gym is always clean and inviting. I do go in the middle of the night, but that's simply because I don't like people and it's quieter then. ??
