I was nervous about trying F45 as it has a fairly hardcore reputation but it has been nothing but fantastic so far. Never in a million years did I expect to feel so refreshed and energised both physically and mentally, and on my post baby #2 journey, I feel almost back to my best.
Rach and Ryan along with all the other coaches are the best and really do care about your goals and progress and ensure you get all the support to keep going.
Can't imagine life without this training now. Keep up the good work team!

Owners Rachel & Ryan really take the time to get to know everyone training at the gym & are in touch always wanting to know how you are tracking your goals or adapting to your injuries. For general fitness or weight loss, F45 is great & welcoming!
