β β β β β Rang them as my battery on my Colt had gone flat, so had lost my Stereo and needed a code. Omg, the lady I spoke to was so helpful and so nice, she looked it up and gave me the code. No payment necessary. I was so impressed. Can't recommend too highly.

β β β β β Very poor as non existent customer service after purchasing a vehicle - no follow ups or checks - they will take your money and then that is it! Paid extra for "black out" trim which is now flaking off at the front due to stone chips - queried this and was basically told that to get it touched up I would have to pay - only had the vehicle 2 months before the flaking started (not what I would have expected from a new vehicle).
Had to keep chasing to get a response.
The only good thing is the service and repair team in Napier - everyone there is pro-active and very polite.
