★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at F45 Hornby have been the biggest part of my personal transformation, from day 1 they made me feel welcome and the members have become like a second family. Joining a new gym has always been something that has intimidated me but I'm so glad I took the plunge, I'm nearly 30kg down and it's nice to finally have a happy relationship with my body after years of hating it. The atmosphere at class really cannot be beaten, it really does make exercise fun! I've had several lingering sport injuries and they have always customised each class to suit my abilities and help me get back to full speed. If you are considering joining, take that first step in the door - you won't look back!

I’d never really done much at a gym before but the trainers were very patient and kind about helping with techniques and making things fit to your level of fitness. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t recommend F45 Hornby more. Keeps me motivated and accountable for my health and fitness! I have tried many gyms in the past and never stuck to anything for longer than 6 months. A year and a half later and I’m still a committed member of F45 Hornby and wouldn’t have it any other way. Friendly staff, fun challenges, motivating members and great music ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is great! Never been to a gym in my life and never ever thought I would. Went to support a friend and ended up getting into it myself. Love that you get a free trial for a week to see whether it suits you but the team training, life changing really is a true strength for me. The trainers are so fun and professional yet also goofy at times. The people who come really make it feel like a family. I would definitely recommend anyone to at least try it as you never know what may happen

The team of instructors are incredible, they support you throughout each workout and know each member on a personal level to enable us to reach individual goals. They are also great in helping with any regressions if you have any injury niggles. The workouts are great - love that it changes every day and I can just walk in not having to think about it! The people who train along side you are just as awesome too and its an amazing team atmosphere! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 is probably one of my favourite gyms I've attended. The trainers are super friendly and welcoming and kind and energetic but still push you to work harder and be stronger. A different work out every day so you wont get bored or complacent. Its a small space and the classes are small so you won't feel lost in the class and the trainers give constant feedback or suggestions on your technique so you know you are doing everything right.
