β β β β β I absolutely loved this gym and continue to go there. For years I have struggled to stay consistent with my fitness journey but the staff especially the manager kept me motivated. She personally checked up on me and ensured that I was on the right track while providing continuous guidance.

β β β β β It was my first time joining F45 and initially I felt nervous due to my fitness level but the trainers there made me feel very welcomed and I was supported throughout the entire workout. The trainers made the environment very lively and always encouraged me to keep pushing.

If you are new to gyming scene or just looking for a fun environment to train in F45 manukau is the place to be.
