★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here, my mother and I enjoy our mornings here. We truly feel welcomed each day. A real community and friendly environment safe for all ages. Staff are always encouraging and reminding us of the different classes available for us to participate at no extra cost.

I am having fun doing the classes that are on & my son ended up joining as well as I kept raving what a great gym it was....I love the fact it is close to home and is part of my community right here in Manurewa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are welcoming, helpful and have great communication when it comes to gym updates. I’ve been here for a few months training with Nat and he definitely trains your mind just as much as your muscles lol...With his coaching I am more comfortable around the gym, noticed improved habits to keep accountable to my goals and Nat always provides great feedback to help you get the most out of your workout. There are many sanitizing stations around the gym for yourself and the equipment, facilities are clean, and other members keep everything clean/tidy after use too. Good vibe, loud music and even during busy times there is space for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best gym environment anyone could ask for! Amazing staff - super helpful and nice - but also amazing gym goers! The gym never smells and is always super clean. The equipment is also super easy to use and there's always staff to help you out if you're ever confused!

A great atmosphere, friendly environment, clean facilities with a community feel and top notch trainers. Nico and Nat are highly skilled trainers who welcomes and embraces all members. Currently doing PT with Nat and I can see why he is highly regarded as an Elite Trainer. Training with Nat is not only educational but therapeutic delving deep into mindset, behavior and lifestyle.
