★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 was a really good experience for me. I have a funny hip, but the team is supportive and are happy to give alternative exercises to avoid additional stressors. The weights classes are by far my favourite. I can feel a difference in my body and energy levels in just one week. The staff are friendly and are crazy good with names too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a trial there a while ago & was a really good vibe & trainers were very good but ended up joining another F45 closer to my work & home. Have seen one thing with their Instagram is that other F45 gyms do a lot of in class stories of their members doing the workout & tagging their members in the stories too which they can share on in their own Instagram story. Will be cool to see F45 Mount Eden start doing this & show how good it is! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 Mt Eden is a great place to get a work out. The trainers are enthusiastic and helpful, and the work outs are excellent. I always leave feeling like have given it my all. They’ve been particularly good during the Covid restrictions - communicating well and adapting the set up of the gym as needed.
