★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to join this gym because it was walking distance from my house in Grey Lynn. Turned out to be a great decision!
Although on the smaller side, the gym is always clean and never too busy (at least not when I go at 7am). All the staff are very friendly and my personal trainer, Omar, is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym! I've been a member of the Ponsonby club for over 4 years now and it's a great local gym! Always so clean and the staff and management team are so very friendly and above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the gym when I joined. It was very clean, well presented and the staff person James who showed me around was very friendly. James made me feel like he really cared about me and my fitness goals, asking me lots of questions to get to know me more. No other gym I looked at did this with me. He even set up me with a personal trainer right after I joined to ensure I get the best results! So glad I joined this club!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always has equipment left lying around, things are messy and untidy often see other gym users not wiping their equipment after use.
Gym staff always sitting at the computer and not helping to keep the place organized. Disappointed in the lack of management at this gym.
Positive, the toilets and change rooms appear to be clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym, have seen gym instructors on floor during morning hours like around 5:30 am....and are quite friendly.
The crowd is nice and you get to see familiar faces daily.
The washrooms are nice and clean.
Just one request is that we get access to wifi that would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well equipped. A hidden gem if you need to stop by for a once off. Chest press is very squeeky and sounds like an angry seagull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being a member of Anytime Fitness for many years I find this club a great club to workout in. It's always very clean as I always see staff wiping down equipment when I'm in. The location is great as I flip between Ponsonby and other AF clubs for work. It's never too crowded, the members are rather respectful towards each other and the staff are friendly! Keep up the great work!
