Awesome trainers who push you to be your best self. And are there to guide you along the way.
No need to think ahead, the trainers have everything ready to go as soon as you walk in.
No mirrors, no need for cell phones, just 45 minutes of working as hard as you can and seeing the results.
F45 really works!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has done more for me than any other gym I've ever belonged to, and I've been jumping from gym to gym since 2002.
Self motivation is always a factor, but with F45 if you turn up, you will get fitter.
The music and environment is definitely motivating but the trainers are what make the place special. I always get loads of personal attention and coaching. It's alway a positive and upbeat vibe. I'm the strongest I've been possibly ever.
If your looking for a place to get real results, you've found it, but you will sweat and sometimes you will want to cry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tossed up for months maybe even a year on whether to join F45 and was worried about the cost of it, but now that I have finally joined and been going consistently for months now it honesty is so worth it. I walk out of every class feeling amazing and the trainers make the classes fun and push you more than you would yourself. I love training at the Nelson studio, it makes working out so much more fun and you actually look forward to doing it. 100% recommend just joining up - you won't regret it! It's one of the only gyms I have felt comfortable going on my own and comfortable doing all the exercises. I could say alot about F45 but keepING it simple.... AMAZING!

The range of different class times means you can choose the class time that suits you. The challenges, if you choose to do them, provide extra motivation. Makes working out easy and enjoyable.
