The staff members are amazing and incredibly friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been such a wonderful experience. Even during Level 4 trying to smash out a challenge at home all the trainers have been encouraging and helpful. Communication has also been awesome from Alysha and Eddie at F45 Rolleston - you never feel out of the loop. Being able to be back in the class scenario as well, the trainers help you, they push you just the right amount so that you challenge yourself and feel like you worked hard in each session. Definitely a game changer here, along with all the wonderful people you meet all working just as hard as you. Love it!
