He is professional, knows his stuff, and really wants to see me succeed. He's a genuinely nice person and makes sure he works with any injuries to avoid aggravation, while still getting optimal results. For the first time, I actually look forward to going to the gym. The programme is challenging without being impossible and leaves me feeling energised instead of broken.
