★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best gym environment ever! I'm just about to turn 40 and I'm feeling the best and healthiest i have ever felt in my whole life - and it's all thanks to the team at Rototuna! Rachael and Geoff are so welcoming, and have created a culture of being inclusive and supportive to everyone who walks through the door. I have never felt out of place, judged or made to feel inadequate. The workouts are tailored to increase strength and flexibility which is so important as we age. ive now been going consistently for nearly 2 years and will continue for many more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have been undecided whether or not this is for you or if you are fit enough.. I can tell you it 100% is for you! I started here 2 years ago overweight, terrible fitness and barely any upper body strength. The trainers are super supportive, will work with you to adapt exercises and push you to what you are capable of. The members are inviting and everyone is from a range of different backgrounds and fitness levels. This really isn't just a gym, it's a community! Consistency and commitment are key to reaching your fitness goals and this place helps you stay accountable.. Thanks to the team at F45 Rototuna, I am the fittest I have been in years, at a healthy weight and continuing to smash more fitness goals in and out of the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 Rototuna is amazing! The workouts are always changing, never boring and can be changed to suit any fitness levels. The trainers are really supportive, helpful with technique and great at pushing you out of your comfort zone (if you are willing). Love the extra in-studio challenges, Saturday DJ’s, workshops, Funky Sock Fridays and special occasion dress ups. It’s an awesome inclusive community - definitely recommend everyone check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member at F45 Rototuna for 3 years now, almost 700 sessions! To get this girl consistently to do any type of exercise takes something truly special! Our trainers are so supportive & amazing at tweaking the exercises to workaround individual needs (my injuries!), being a part of a fun & motivating community cannot be beat, and the friends I’ve made through my sessions are to be treasured. It’s all of this & more that gets me to the gym 5 times a week, love the challenge of each session & the high that I leave on is epic. Thanks F45 Rototuna! ❤️

The trainers take the time to get to know your own goals and challenge or assist you appropriately. The environment is clean, tidy and well maintained. Updates and news are provided regularly through a members page as well as the staff being readily available to contact. Measures are in place to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.
