I moved from the UK in Feb 2020, and I could not be more excited to be part of the team at Physiques. My passion for health and fitness dates back from before I can remember, as I have always lead a very active lifestyle. This angled me into pursuing a career in Fitness, and during the completion of my Sports Development and Coaching Sciences degree I became a qualified Personal Trainer. I cannot wait to help YOU in YOUR health and well-being journey. At Physiques we provide on-going programming – which is such an effective way for YOU to reach your goals. I will totally take out the guesswork for you, and ensure your workout is efficient for your goals and that you are ENJOYING your time in the gym. Personally, I am a female Figure competitor in the world of bodybuilding, beginner in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu’s and I coach CrossFit in my spare time. I LOVE lifting weights, improving my strength and generally being active and outdoors! Pop in and say Hi!
