โ โ โ โ โ If you are considering it then just give it a go. What I like about F45 is that it makes exercise enjoyable and easy. I struggled for many years to exercise consistently and now Iโve been going 7 months and Iโll easily train 4 days a week. The trainers are great and people there are friendly
