It’s small, but has everything you need for a great workout, including a Smith squat rack, Airdyne bike and a good selection of cardio and weight machines and free weights. Lee is very welcoming and keeps the machines and rest of the gym spotless, a key consideration in these times.

Leaving due to relocating but this place will definitely be missed. Will be signing back up if ever back in the area! Highly recommended for any gym newbies or veterans ?

Since I joined the gym two months ago, I have found my routine and goals under the guidance of Lee(who is always helpful, professional, and enthusiastic), AND I can obviously feel the changes in my body. Working out in this quiet, clean, and tidy gym is a very pleasant experience. My friend has been exercising in this club for two years, and I hope I can keep doing the same. If you need to choose a gym, I would like to recommend this one. It's worth talking to Lee about your fitness plan.
