★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment booked and confirmed for Friday 4th June and I rolled in 5 minutes before my appointment. It seemed reasonably busy and so was the booking list on the mirror(s), so I assumed everyone there was booked rather than walk-ins. 40 minutes went by and another guy stood up said he had a booking for 2:30pm (it was 4:10pm at this point). I ended up leaving because I had to get back to work as my 45 minute window of getting a haircut was up – hence why I booked rather than chance a walk-in. I’m not sure how your booking vs. walk-in system works – no names, numbers or anything were called in the time I was there, but I hope you guys can figure it out. Or maybe it was an off day? I can see you guys work hard and do a great job with people’s hair etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. The website allows bookings when the shop is closed (saturdays), so wasted trip. Rebooked for a few days later, was a few minutes late to my appointment (parking in the area is a nightmare) but I left again after waiting nearly 30 minutes with no greeting and no service as i had another appointment to go to. Should be strictly walk-in.
